The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates to support the organizations staffing needs.
This role requires a proactive recruiter with strong sourcing and screening experience, preferably within the healthcare industry, who can quickly learn processes, adapt to changing priorities, and effectively manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, highly organized, and capable of delivering results with minimal ramp-up time. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels. Conduct phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers. Build and maintain talent pools for current and future hiring needs. Support recruitment initiatives, hiring events, and sourcing campaigns. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Meet hiring goals while maintaining quality standards and recruitment timelines. Skills & Qualifications Experience 1+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. Good english level B2-C1 Strong recruiting backgrounds from other industries will also be considered. Technical Skills Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal). Experience sourcing candidates through: Job boards Social media Databases Networking Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
