Candidates must possess an advanced level of English, both written and spoken, as they will interact with applicants and stakeholders in English on a daily basis. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with candidates are essential for success in this role.
The ideal recruiter is detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously, and comfortable working under pressure while meeting recruitment goals and deadlines. They should be adaptable, resourceful, and able to quickly learn new processes, systems, and recruitment strategies. Schedule flexibility and availability are required, as business needs may vary.
Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, conducting phone screenings and interviews, evaluating qualifications, coordinating hiring processes, maintaining accurate candidate records, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers and team members to understand staffing needs and support hiring objectives.
