Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services to potential clients.
Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals and negotiate terms and contracts to close deals.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required).
Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Results-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
