Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a high level of professionalism.
Provide prompt resolutions to customer inquiries, offering accurate and appropriate information.
Maintain diplomacy when handling escalated issues.

Job Requirements:

Minimum:
Advanced English level
Complete documentation
High school diploma (verifiable)
Full-time availability
Demonstrated problem-solving skills

Preferred:
Experience in sales/marketing is a plus (training in skills is provided)
Ability to navigate multiple internet tabs at once (multitasking ability)
Demonstrated familiarity (and aptitude for learning) with Microsoft Windows and browser applications
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
