Performance Tester

1. 4 years of experience in Performance Testing.
2. Expert level knowledge of QA performance testing processes and methodologies.
3. Strong understanding of performance testing protocol like web services, truclient, http/html, etc.
4. In depth knowledge of different types of performance tests e.g. Load, Stress, Volume, Scalability, Reliability, Capacity, Soak, etc.
5. Hands on experience in all stages of Performance Testing Lifecycle and proactive in managing the performance test deliverables and milestones.
6. Strong experience in LoadRunner Performance Center script creation, execution, and troubleshooting.
7. Good experience on Mobile Performance Testing.
8. Creating and reviewing workload Modeling.
9. Performance Engineering and Tuning experience.
10. Experience in interfacing with the customers.
11. Ability to analyses and articulately summarize performance testing reports for the different stakeholders.
12. Ability to mentor development teams and guide them in resolving complex technical issues encountered during testing.
13. Understanding of latest technologies and tools in the performance testing space and an ability to evaluate, select and propose tools and technologies to meet the requirements.
14. Must have excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
