Job Summary:
The Operational Sourcing Analyst is responsible for managing day-to-day sourcing operations and Vendor Engagement Requests (VERs) within the procurement lifecycle.
This role is key in ensuring efficiency and compliance by coordinating with Legal, Risk, and Due Diligence teams, reviewing contracts, conducting vendor negotiations, and maintaining accurate procurement tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete lifecycle of Vendor Engagement Requests (VERs) from intake to closure.
Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders, Legal, and Due Diligence teams to resolve issues and ensure timely progress.
Generate and analyze weekly sourcing reports to identify delays or process improvements.
Maintain and update the Global VER Tracker and ensure all records are audit-ready.
Review and draft Statements of Work (SOWs) with vendors and internal teams.
Negotiate commercial terms to optimize costs and vendor performance.
Prepare and issue contracts for signature using DocuSign or approved platforms.
Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure proper documentation and policy alignment.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
No previous experience required training will be provided.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Interest in learning SAP, DocuSign, or procurement systems.
