-Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different industries and functional areas.
-Conduct client briefings to fully understand hiring needs, organizational culture, and role requirements.
-Develop and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking.
-Perform interviews to evaluate technical, cultural, and behavioral fit.
-Prepare and present candidate shortlists and profiles to clients in a structured and timely manner.
-Provide advisory support to clients regarding market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
-Coordinate feedback, interviews, and offers between clients and candidates, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
-Maintain an updated pipeline of candidates and detailed records using internal tracking tools or CRM systems.
-Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.
