What You'll Do
Lead and manage all production operations.
Build and implement production processes from the ground up.
Drive productivity, quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Develop and motivate high-performing production teams.
Coordinate with local departments and international Headquarters.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a start-up environment.
Ensure operational goals are achieved while maintaining high standards.
What We're Looking For
Minimum **5 years of experience** in Production Management within a manufacturing environment.
Proven experience setting up or improving production operations from scratch.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
English proficiency (B2 or higher) to communicate effectively with Headquarters.
Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with constant changes.
High resilience and ability to perform under pressure.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Passion to grow, make an impact, and demonstrate your full potential.
Willingness to work **on-site in Amatitlán, Guatemala**.
