Key Responsibilities:

- Inbound Traffic Management and Sales: Handle inbound traffic by responding to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about services, and closing deals to convert leads into loyal customers.
- Customer Support: Offer tailored solutions and outstanding service to address client needs, ensuring satisfaction and trust in every interaction.
- Negotiation: Confidently negotiate with clients and partners to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
- Language Proficiency: Minimum 85% English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience: Prior experience in call center or back-office environments is required.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in sales with strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Technical Requirements: Must have a personal computer and smartphone with a reliable internet connection to support remote work effectively.
