POSITION: FREIGHT BROKER - HEAVY HAUL SALES & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR

We are seeking dynamic Freight Brokers to join our team as Heavy Haul Sales & Logistics Coordinators.
This role is ideal for motivated professionals with a talent for sales, negotiation, and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales and Logistics Coordination: Seamlessly integrate sales efforts with logistics operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

- Inbound Traffic Management and Sales: Handle inbound traffic by responding to customer inquiries, providing detailed information about services, and closing deals to convert leads into loyal customers.

- Customer Support: Offer tailored solutions and outstanding service to address client needs, ensuring satisfaction and trust in every interaction.

- Negotiation: Confidently negotiate with clients and partners to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

- Customer Loyalty: Build and maintain strong relationships through exceptional service and proactive communication, fostering long-term loyalty.

- Back-Office Management: Oversee back-office processes with precision, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations.

- Business Development: Leverage top shipping platforms and load boards to identify new business opportunities, streamline communication, and manage transport logistics effectively.

Qualifications:

- Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.

- Language Proficiency: Minimum 85% English proficiency, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience: Prior experience in call center or back-office environments is required.

- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in sales with strong negotiation and persuasive skills.

- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize, prioritize, and execute tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

- Technical Requirements: Must have a personal computer and smartphone with a reliable internet connection to support remote work effectively.

- Flexibility: Willing to adapt to dynamic business demands, including availability during regular business hours and occasionally after hours to meet customer needs or provide support.

- Independence and Collaboration: Self-motivated and capable of excelling in both individual and team-based work settings.
