Ensure an exceptional customer experience through the efficient management of all aspects of the establishment's dining offerings. Oversee the quality of service, ensure that menus meet overall customer needs and preferences, manage staff to maintain high standards of customer service, and control costs and profitability of food and beverage operations. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby contributing to the overall success of the hotel and restaurant.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related career.
- At least 5 years of experience in similar positions in the hotel industry.
- Extensive knowledge of the hotel and hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverage trends.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Understanding of financial and management aspects related to food and beverage operations.
- Knowledge of restaurant management systems and related software.
- Advanced English.
