Key responsabilities

- Plan and deliver interactive and communicative lessons that encourage active participation, fostering a collaborative and inclusiving learning environment.
- Implement teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities ensuring each student?s progress and success in language acquisition.
- Develop and Execute creative initiatives to immerse students in English speaking experiences, such as sharing, debates, public speaking forums, drama, storytelling, and other interactive activities.
- Utilize various assesment tolos to measure student?s language proficiency, providing constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other stakeholders to integrate language learning across disciplines and support a cohesive educational experience.
- Integrate cultural elements into the curriculum to enhance student?s understanding and appreciation of the English language and diverse global perspectives.
- Engage in ongoin professional development opportunities to stay abreast of innovative teaching methodologies and pedagogical trends in language instruction.


Expectactions

- Minimun of 3 years of experience teaching teaching English to Elementary students.
- Experience in planning and deliveing interactive and communicative lessons.
- Experience in utilizing assessment tolos t measure language proficiency and provide constructive feedback.
- Fluency in the English language, equivalent to B2 ? C1 Level
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online learning platforms to enhance teaching and learning experiences is an asset.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and student needs
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine interest in supporting student?s language acquisition and overall educational development.
