Client Service and Sales Specialist
Objective of the Role:
To effectively guide prospective clients throughout their decision-making process while ensuring a positive service experience, with a strong focus on driving successful sales closures through persuasive communication, personalized attention, and consistent follow-up.
Requirements
- Advanced university studies (at least 3rd year) in International Relations, Business, Marketing, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in service-based sales.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service, client advising, negotiations, sales closing, and client follow-up, as well as in the use of CRM tools.
- Advanced English proficiency (required).
- Excellent written communication skills in English, with flawless grammar and spelling.
- Availability to work on-site at our Zona Pradera, Zone 10 location, Monday through Friday, full-time.
