Remote Outbound Sales Agent (Cold Caller) Home Office, U.S Clients

We?re hiring bilingual remote agents to make outbound calls to homeowners and consumers in the United
States. You?ll introduce two products, a real estate referral service and a home internet service, find out
who?s interested, and then transfer qualified prospects live or book appointments for our team.

Schedule
- Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday?Friday
- 7:30 AM ? 4:30 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour unpaid lunch
- Guadalajara time: 8:30 AM ? 5:30 PM until November 1, then 9:30 AM ? 6:30 PM during the US winter.

Pay (in US Dollars)
- $7 USD per hour base pay
- $2 USD for every successful transfer or appointment set, with no limit on earnings
- $50 USD weekly bonus for perfect attendance: on time every shift, available for your full schedule, and no missed calls
- Base pay plus the attendance bonus comes to $330 USD per week before commissions

Requirements
- Near-native English. You must be able to hold natural, confident conversations with Americans. We test this in the interview.
- Your own computer that meets our minimum specs
- High-speed internet connected by an ethernet cable. Wi-Fi and cellular/mobile hotspot connections are not accepted.
- A USB headset with a microphone
- A quiet, professional place to work at home
- You must pass a technical check of your computer and internet connection before you start
- Cold calling, telemarketing, or call center experience is a plus but not required. We provide training.
