Remote Part Time Web Designer and Assistant

Microtronix ESolutions is a full-service IT Solutions firm in Ohio, USA. We work with customers on everything from their IT and infrastructure, to web and mobile software development of custom solutions for their businesses. Microtronix also works directly operating our own in-house datacenter and web systems servers for our customers.

To help fulfill the demand for our services we are seeking a full time Web Editor and Assistant to work with our customers worldwide. This position is a full time remote position. Candidates need to be available Mon. - Fri., 9am to 5pm EST to answer calls and email support for customers. This is a full time position working remotely from home.

Candidate must have good English phone presence and writing ability, and have a good internet connection to answer calls via VoIP.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the web field in Joomla and Wordpress and basic web editing like CSS and HTML, but not required. We will also train if the candidate has good qualifications but limited work in web. Position requires answering calls and routing calls or taking information from customers, responding to customers support tickets/email, and making edits on websites per customers request.

Requirements for the job
-English speaking and writing ability
-Ability to work regular business hours per our office, EST
-Located in Guatemala, this is a remote position
-Ability to learn on own using research to gather information on new problems that may arise
-Customer service experience and ability to work with customers to find solutions to problems is a must
-Ability to learn about new technology and learn new ways of doing things, including but not limited to website editing and possible design. This is a learning position, the ideal candidate will be teachable and be able to thrive with new technology and learning new techniques.
-Decent Internet connection capable of VoIP phone connections, 5G cell connections will not work
