Perform manual payroll calculations for quality control and accuracy purposes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Efficiently utilize payroll software for processing payroll tasks. Record and digitally store all payroll documents and reports for each payroll processed. Utilize Microsoft Excel for generating necessary payroll reports and integrate them into NetSuite accounting program. Interact with clients as needed to address questions regarding payroll processing. Conduct thorough year-end reporting, including W-2 and 1099 reporting
