Operations Hospitality Lead
We are seeking a Food & Beverage Manager responsible for supervising the F&B team and ensuring exceptional service and high levels of guest satisfaction. This position involves managing and optimizing operational costs, driving sales opportunities, and promoting continuous improvement. Additionally, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with F&B policies.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions
- Degree in Business Administration and/or Hospitality Management
- Proficient in English (verifiable)
- Strong leadership, effective communication, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of the hospitality and restaurant industry
- Expertise in F&B processes, cost control, service standards, GMP, food safety and hygiene, and kitchen operations
- Availability to work and reside in Panajachel, Sololá
