? Extensive knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications and Troubleshooting
- Broad knowledge of common applications and security tools.
- Broad knowledge of remote assisted support tools and techniques.
- Security and Compliance oriented.
- BPO IT Experience and PCI Audit experience are a plus.
- 75% English level is desirable.

- Provide Support to Receive and reimage computer equipment along with its accessories and peripherals.
- Provide support to diagnose and repair equipment. Work with PC Manufacturer to open Warranty claims and follow up until closure.
- Provide support to end users to test and repair daily used applications and general software issues.
- Work with Logistics and Management to allocate and collect equipment.
- Work and provide support to local and external Vendors i.e. ISP requiring access to our premises, Voice service provider requiring testing or troubleshooting, PC Manufacturer coming to for a replacement, etc.
- Provide support to commonly used equipment: Printers, APs, Security Systems, etc.
- Provide support to test, troubleshoot and repair/escalate network issues or telephony issues. Keep track until resolution.
- Work and participate in software deployments or migrations.
- Provide support for equipment maintenance (UPS, Printers, Servers, Switches). Some may be out of regular hours.
- Keep track and follow up of items through tickets and work to provide required support in standard SLAs and internal team metrics.
- Work with the IT team and IT management to accomplish goals.
- Knowledge of Security certifications for BPO industry to help in keeping compliance through the teams.
- Knowledge of Business Continuity Management to provide support in case of any event.
