Job Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Closer to join our real estate team focused on the U.S. market.
This role is fully remote and dedicated exclusively to closing land sales, working with pre-qualified and highly motivated prospects generated through an automated marketing system.
Your primary responsibility will be to follow up with leads, present investment opportunities, and consistently close deals.

Requirements
- Proven experience in high-ticket phone sales.
- Background in industries such as real estate, timeshare, insurance, credit cards, or similar high-pressure closing environments.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Full proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Native-level or neutral accent required.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Availability to work full-time remotely.

Compensation Package
Base Salary + legal benefits + Commission per closed deal
