Junior Dispatch Coordinator Freight Logistics
Corsario is hiring a Junior Dispatch Coordinator to support the daily operations of a U.S.-based freight logistics company.
This is a back-office logistics role focused on dispatch support, load coordination, documentation, carrier follow-up, and general administrative assistance.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to communicate clearly in English through emails, messages, and phone calls when needed.
The position requires someone who can handle multiple tasks at the same time, keep accurate records, follow operational procedures, and support daily freight operations through dispatch coordination, documentation, carrier follow-up, and administrative assistance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist Freight Coordinators with daily dispatch coordination, documentation, carrier follow-up, and operational support tasks.
- Prepare, review, and manage dispatch-related documentation.
- Assist with carrier verification and basic compliance checks.
- Post, update, and monitor loads through freight platforms and internal systems.
- Follow up on active loads, schedule changes, updates, and pending information.
- Communicate with team members, carriers, and customers through email, messaging platforms, and phone calls when required.
- Maintain accurate records of requests, updates, completed tasks, and operational notes.
- Support administrative tasks related to freight operations, customer requests, service updates, and internal tracking.
- Help ensure that information is handled accurately, promptly, and professionally.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Advanced English level, both written and spoken.
- High school diploma required; college studies or additional education preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage several documents, updates, and follow-ups at the same time.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and operational needs.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, online platforms, data entry, and general office software.
- Previous experience in logistics, freight, transportation, dispatch, call center, or back-office operations is a plus.

This is a remote position. Candidates must have access to a reliable computer, a working phone, and a stable internet connection.
