Job Description
We are seeking experienced Freight Brokers capable of managing the full brokerage cycle: business development, client management, and shipment execution. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic, relationship-driven environment and are motivated by performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business development and lead generation
Client management and building strong relationships
Negotiating with carriers and securing capacity
Coordinating shipments from quote to delivery
Maintaining constant communication with clients and carriers
Managing margins and ensuring successful load execution
Requirements
2+ years of experience in freight brokerage
Established relationships within the industry
Experience managing a book of business
Exposure to both client management/business development and carrier coordination/shipment execution
Skills
Strong communication skills
Negotiation skills with clients and carriers
Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities
Commercial mindset focused on growth and results
Language
Advanced English (ability to communicate with U.S.-based clients)

Base lary compensation 15.465 GTQ

Schedule
Shift (Day, Hours, Time Zone):
Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM 5:00/5:30 PM CST
Friday: Early finish (approx. 4:30 PM CST)
