We are looking for a Facility & Technical Maintenance Supervisor who is ready to take ownership of our facilities and maintenance operations in a dynamic start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
Ensure the proper operation of building facilities, utilities, and technical equipment.
Coordinate maintenance schedules and external service providers.
Develop maintenance procedures and documentation from scratch.
Monitor safety, compliance, and facility standards.
Support equipment installation, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with local teams and Headquarters to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities and technical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Proven experience establishing maintenance processes and procedures from the ground up.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-changing start-up environment.
High level of resilience and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
English proficiency: Minimum B2 level (required) to communicate effectively with Headquarters.
Experience using maintenance management systems or ERP software is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Amatitlán, Guatemala.
