Youll assist businesses and consumers with credit and insurance-related inquiries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will handle disputes, verify data, and deliver timely resolutions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus.
Key Responsibilities
Be the friendly frontline for customers, answering insurance and credit queries with warmth and expertise over the phone.
Walk clients through credit report details, claim statuses, or system glitches with a steady, helpful hand.
Sync up with your team to tackle tough questions and keep support flowing without a hitch.
Forge solid connections with callers by tuning into their insurance concerns and delivering spot-on answers.
Spot recurring issues in calls to suggest fresh ways to make the customer experience even better.
Requirements
Work Modality: Must be flexible to work on-site
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent certification required.
Language: English B2 Spoken & Written (CEFR).
Background Check: Must pass a local and international criminal record check (BGC).
Employment Verification: Required.
