Recruiter (Driver Recruitment) Location: Guatemala (Onsite) Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM 4:00 PM CST (5:00 AM 2:00 PM AZ Time) Position Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Recruiter with experience in the driver recruitment industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, contacting, and engaging qualified candidates while ensuring recruitment efforts align with market demand and internal hiring priorities.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage candidate pipelines and respond to evolving business needs. Key Responsibilities Contact and engage prospective driver candidates through various recruitment channels. Screen candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and overall job fit. Prioritize recruitment efforts in geographic areas with the highest hiring demand. Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet staffing goals. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and hiring requirements. Requirements Mid-level recruiting experience. Experience in the driver recruitment industry. ENGLISH LEVEL B2-C1. (MUST) Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks based on business demands and hiring objectives.
