You know how to prospect strategicallynot just send mass messages.
You can work without a perfectly structured CRM, database, or predefined playbook.
You enjoy creating opportunities, not just updating spreadsheets.
You know how to identify high-potential companies, enrich contact data, and craft outreach that feels genuinely personalized.
Youve worked with tools such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Surfe, PhantomBuster, or similar.
If you havent used every tool on the list, youre a fast learner and comfortable adopting new technology.
Youre looking for a company where your work directly impacts growthnot a place where youre just another number in the funnel. What Youll Do
Identify, research, and segment companies that fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), primarily B2B mid-market organizations with complex sales processes.
Develop outbound campaigns and engage decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
Write thoughtful, value-driven outreach messages that stand out from automated sequences.
Continuously improve outreach strategies, messaging, cadences, and positioning based on performance data.
Measure results, identify patterns, and scale what works.
Work directly with the Founder to qualify opportunities and prioritize meetings with genuine potential.
Maintain organized records of contacts, interactions, responses, and pipeline progression within the CRM. What You Need to Know
LinkedIn prospecting, including advanced search techniques, filtering, and segmentation.
Outreach and data enrichment platforms such as Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Surfe, or similar tools.
CRM management using platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable systems.
Strategic communication: understanding what to say, when to say it, to whom, and why.
How to operate in fast-moving environments with limited structure and evolving processes. Requirements
Experience
23 years of experience in outbound sales, prospecting, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles.
Experience working for a CRM, HubSpot, RevOps, sales consulting, or business consulting agency is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build prospecting lists and generate pipeline from scratch.
Experience using outbound sales and prospecting tools independently.
Languages
Native Spanish proficiency.
Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
Exceptional candidates without strong English skills may still be considered.
Education
